Easy Tech Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates Easy App Lab at easyapplab.studio. This policy describes what we collect, why, and how you can control it.
What we collect
Intake submissions.When you submit a project via our intake form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email, company, project description, timeline, and any files you attach. We use Anthropic’s Claude API to help structure your submission; your content is processed per Anthropic’s terms and is not used to train public models.
Site analytics. We record minimal, anonymised traffic metrics — pages viewed, referrer, device class, coarse country. No personally identifying information. No third-party trackers. No advertising cookies.
Email. If you email us at hello@easyapplab.studio, we retain that thread to reply and to keep project context.
What we never collect
- Advertising identifiers
- Cross-site tracking data
- Financial information (we don’t process payments on this site)
- Cookies beyond a minimal session identifier if you sign in to a portal (not in scope yet)
How we use your data
- To respond to your intake and schedule a follow-up conversation
- To scope and deliver the project you hire us for
- To comply with legal obligations (record retention, tax, etc.)
Who we share it with
Only the service providers strictly required to run the site: our hosting provider (Vercel), DNS / CDN provider (Cloudflare), email provider (Resend), and Anthropic for AI structuring. All are bound by written data-protection agreements.
Your rights
Email hello@easyapplab.studio to request a copy of your data, to correct inaccurate data, or to delete your submission. We respond within 30 days.
Security
The site runs behind Cloudflare’s WAF + rate-limiting, with strict HSTS, TLS 1.3 only, and automatic HTTPS. Intake submissions are persisted in an access-controlled location. We follow the same security pipeline we use on customer projects.
